Meet Masha

Founder, Lead Lash Artist & Educator

I spent the first 14 years of my life in Russia—the first six with my loving grandma, and the next eight in an orphanage. Though I was far from my family, I still stay in contact with loved ones in Russia and Ukraine to this day. My roots remain a part of who I am.

At 14, God opened a door I never expected—I was adopted by a wonderful family in America and given a second chance at life. I didn't speak a word of English. I didn't know what love truly meant, what trust felt like, or what it meant to be part of a family. But through His grace, I learned—thanks to my incredible parents who showed me what unconditional love truly looks like. They have supported me every step of the way and continue to do so to this day. I am forever grateful for their love, their patience, and their belief in me.

I graduated from South Christian High School, then attended Cornerstone for a year and a half before realizing my true passion was calling me elsewhere. I followed my heart to Aveda Douglas J, where I finally pursued my dream career in beauty.

In 2018, I met my husband. Today, we have two beautiful children, and we're both entrepreneurs building our dreams together. For as long as I can remember, I've dreamed of owning my own business. Beauty has always been my passion—it's where I found my voice, my creativity, and my purpose. Masha Lash is the realization of that dream, and a testament to God's faithfulness. No matter where you start, with hard work, faith, and love, you can build something beautiful.

I believe that every client deserves a personalized experience. No two faces are alike, and neither should be the lashes or brows we create. My approach combines technical precision with artistic vision—always enhancing your natural features, never overpowering them.

Beyond the salon, I'm deeply committed to education. Training the next generation of lash artists is one of my greatest joys. Through our education programs, I share not just techniques, but the passion and dedication that makes this work so rewarding.
