Masha Lash Cancellation & No-Show Policy


At Masha Lash, we are committed to providing top-notch services to all of our clients, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and scheduling. As a reminder, when appointments are canceled late or missed, we lose the opportunity to serve other clients, and our professionals are unable to dedicate their full attention and expertise to the service at hand. For this reason, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation or Modification:
You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge if done at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

2. Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered a "Late Cancellation" and may incur a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).

3. No-Show Policy:
If you fail to cancel your appointment or do not show up at your scheduled time, you will be considered a No-Show and will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).

4. Appointments Within 24 Hours:
If an appointment is booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it is still subject to the cancellation policy.


5. Confirmation Messages:
As a courtesy, we send appointment confirmation messages via SMS and email 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to respond to these messages could result in the cancellation of your appointment and reassignment of the time slot to another client.

6. Grace Period:
We offer a 10-minute grace period or lash appointments and a 7-minute grace period for brow appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your lash appointment or 7 minutes late for your brow appointment, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full price of the service. This policy ensures that we can dedicate the appropriate amount of time to each client and provide the highest-quality service possible.

8. Tax Policy:
Any applicable taxes will be retained and remitted according to local regulations.
